OUR
THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY ARE AS FOLLOWS:
"Apathy is the glove into
which evil puts its hand"
Bodie Thoen
The Christian ideal has not been tried and found wanting. Instead, it has been found difficult, and left
untried.:
Gilbert Chesterton (1874 - 1936)
You cannot contribute anything to the ideal condition of mind and heart known as Brotherhood, however much you preach, posture, or agree, unless you live it.
Faith Baldwin (1893 - 1978)
"I am disgusted with my generation's apathy.
I'm disgusted with my own apathy too, for being spineless
and not always standing up against greed, racism,
sexism and all those other -isms the counterculture
has been discussing for years."
Kurt Cobain of the grunge rock band Nirvana.
(1967-1994)
"A right is
not what someone gives you; it is what no one can take away from you."
Ramsey Clark - former U. S. Attorney General
